Trace3 is seeking a senior observability leader to serve as technical lead for our Dynatrace practice. This individual will guide delivery quality across the practice, mentor recently certified consultants, and lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements.
The role is positioned to grow into leadership of the broader Observability Services group. We value hands-on Dynatrace expertise, strategic advisory skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a consulting setting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace in production enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of the Dynatrace SaaS platform and related tools.
- Experience migrating customers to the Dynatrace SaaS platform.
- Ability to set technical standards and mentor junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for the Dynatrace practice and drive delivery quality.
- Guide observability strategy engagements and craft roadmaps.
- Mentor consultants and shape service offerings and delivery methods.
- Represent the practice with executive stakeholders and clients.
