Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a senior observability leader to serve as technical lead for our Dynatrace practice. This individual will guide delivery quality across the practice, mentor recently certified consultants, and lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements.

The role is positioned to grow into leadership of the broader Observability Services group. The position offers remote work with a focus on enterprise clients and a chance to influence architecture and strategy across the Dynatrace

Qualifications

• 3+ years Dynatrace in production enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS (3rd gen) including Grail, DQL, OpenPipeline, Workflows, AppEngine, Notebooks and Davis AI.
• Experience guiding migrations from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for the Dynatrace practice and guide delivery quality.
• Mentor recently certified consultants and lead client-facing observability strategy engagements.
• Help grow the Observability Services group and shape practice direction.
• Present recommendations to senior technical and business stakeholders.
