Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) Workforce Excellence team seeks a seasoned professional to lead labor planning, cost analysis, and cross-functional workforce programs across our warehouses and networks. You will partner with BU leaders to align headcount with demand and deliver measurable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
7+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

You will develop and deliver labor inputs by partnering with BU leaders to align headcount to demand across regions.
Produce consolidated labor cost and variance bridges for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
Manage cross-BU and cross-regional programs with PxT, Finance, Procurement, and TA for ROI and alignment.
Anticipate labor planning risks and communicate financial risks and mitigations to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through labor cost analysis and root-cause investigation to prevent overruns.
