Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Disney’s Workforce Intelligence strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Deliver foresight on labor markets, competitors, and talent trends to inform strategic workforce planning and recruiting.
• Synthesize external signals with internal data to provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Advise senior leaders on where Disney can win critical talent and how workforce strategies compare with market realities.
• Design and govern intelligence products, knowledge libraries, and self-service experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled intelligence innovation and scalable analytics workflows.
• Lead and develop a high-performing workforce intelligence team.
