Job summary

Western Digital Corp. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Talent Insights to lead the global workforce intelligence program, strategic offerings, and cross-regional initiatives.

You will own executive-level reporting, workforce planning, and program governance, partnering with Finance and HR to align capacity with business demand. The role leads three direct reports, shapes talent pathways, and drives AI/automation discussions while ensuring the talent brand

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
10+ years of progressive TA/HR/analytics experience with 4+ years leading people.
Proven ownership of workforce planning in a global, matrixed org of 10,000+ employees.
Hands-on analytics fluency: dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Workday reporting.
Track record leading multi-region, cross-functional programs from charter to adoption.
Executive presence: briefing VP and C-level leaders with clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Turn hiring data into executive insight.
Own quarterly business overviews and board-ready QBRs.
Build workforce intelligence with demand, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and labor signals.
Lead the strategic initiatives portfolio end-to-end across regions.
Drive AI/automation considerations for high-volume, repeatable work.
Build and lead a three-person team and align talent brand with data.
