Job summary

CDW is seeking a Director, Talent Strategy & Planning to strengthen data-informed talent decisions aligned with business growth. You will lead leadership assessment, succession, and enterprise workforce planning while driving a skills-based transformation across the organization.

You will embed AI into talent processes, collaborate with HR partners, and build simple, scalable tools to improve decision quality and accountability across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, strategy, or HR business partnership.
• Experience leading teams, setting strategy, and driving execution.
• Experience using data/analytics to inform decisions and shape strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise leadership assessment, succession, readiness, and risk.
• Build strategic workforce planning as an enterprise capability at CDW.
• Lead shift toward a skills-based talent organization with real-time skills visibility.
• Own the enterprise performance management approach and continuous coaching processes.
