Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr Mgr, Product Management to lead discovery, roadmaps, and requirements for an internal intelligence platform that informs technology strategy across Disney’s enterprise landscape.

You will partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver AI-enabled automation solutions, define KPIs, and influence technology investments across Burbank and Orlando sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, ideally with experience across enterprise automation products and executive-facing analytics/intuition platforms.
• Proven experience partnering directly with VP- to executive-level stakeholders to define strategy and investments.
• Proven ability to own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch on complex, data-intensive products.
• Strong technical foundation; able to engage with engineering and AI/ML teams on architecture and data models.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI technologies and practical enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, process mapping, and structured analysis to identify high-ROI automation opportunities in the tech transformation program.
• Define vision, KPIs, personas, use cases, and user journeys for tools & products; author PRDs and acceptance criteria.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for an internal intelligence platform with executive-facing dashboards and portfolio analytics.
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand how they consume technology portfolio information and translate feedback into product decisions.
