Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Sr. Manager of Website Personalization and Optimization to own end-to-end strategy, capability building, and execution of the personalization program.

You will partner with the Senior Director of Web Experience Strategy & Optimization to translate business goals into a concrete roadmap and lead a high-performing team. The role requires deep domain expertise in personalization, a strong background in data strategy and instrumentation, and experience working in

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in digital marketing, web personalization, optimization, or related roles.
• 5+ years driving web personalization across a large organization; ideally with Adobe Target.
• 3+ years managing and developing teams with coaching across levels.
• Track record building personalization capabilities or programs from ground up.
• Experience translating personalization strategy into operational roadmaps.
• Experience with Adobe or equivalent personalization stack.

Responsibilities

• Own the personalization strategy and roadmap for digital properties.
• Build data strategy, instrumentation, and technology alignment with Adobe tools.
• Lead program infrastructure to scale from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on requirements and ROI.
