Amynta Group is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Warranty finance team in Fort Worth, TX. This hybrid role will lead accounting, reporting, and control functions for the automotive and consumer warranty segment.

The role require collaboration with corporate finance, actuarial, underwriting, claims, and regulatory teams to ensure financial integrity, reserve adequacy, and compliance with GAAP and applicable laws.

Mansioni

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the warranty segment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and ASC 606.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with coordination, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Manage third-party reporting, including carrier reporting requirements and insurer settlements.
• Ensure accurate accounting for bordereaux, premium flows, claims funds, and insurer reconciliation processes.
• Oversee cash management, trust accounts, and insurer reconciliation processes.
• Provide timely financial analysis on divisional and business unit performance, including revenue, margin, expense, and cash drivers.
• Lead and develop the warranty accounting team, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain a robust internal control and risk management framework.
