Formación

• 7 years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or finance transformation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data governance and controls.
• Experience in the automotive insurance or service contract industry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve accounting systems including ERP, reporting, reconciliation, analytics, workflow, and automation tools.
• Lead accounting transformation initiatives focused on automation, standardization, controls, efficiency.
• Improve accounting data quality, reporting, governance, and internal controls.
• Manage multiple system and process projects from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
• Lead and develop Financial Systems, Business Analyst, and project resources with cross-functional partners.
