Job summary

Amynta Group is seeking a Corporate and Warranty Claims Litigation Counsel in New York to manage all related litigation and disputes. You will partner with business leaders, advise on strategy, and coordinate outside counsel to protect the company's financial interests and reputation.

You will lead multi-jurisdictional matters, handle complex commercial litigation, and drive risk mitigation across warranty and service contracts while reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and admitted to the U.S. Bar.
• Experience in corporate, warranty, or consumer claims litigation.
• Proven ability to manage outside counsel and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate litigation including commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters.
• Lead warranty/service contract litigation including consumer claims and disputes.
• Develop aggressive strategies aligned with business objectives and risk mitigation.
• Direct outside counsel, manage budgets, and drive cost effectiveness.
• Assess exposure and pursue favorable settlements or litigation as appropriate.
• Coordinate internal investigations and respond to requests from regulators.
