Amynta Group is seeking a National Sales Executive - Specialty Equipment Insurance Services (Remote) to drive new sales, growth and development, and to implement Extended Warranty offerings for a defined North American region.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, enlisting new business prospects, promoting warranty program improvements, and managing SG&A budget as assigned. Travel may be required to support dealer partnerships and market expansion.

  • Communicate the value proposition of Insurance Products to dealers, customers, and internal counterparts.
  • Gather and maintain competitive data for strategic purposes and identify growth opportunities.

The National Sales Executive- Specialty Equipment Insurance Services (Remote), is responsible for new sales, growth & development as well as implementation of the Extended Warranty product offerings for a defined region within North America. These responsibilities include establishing and meeting sales goals, enlisting new business prospects, promoting warranty program improvements, and shared responsibility for meeting business unit targets. Additionally, managing SG&A budget as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities Engage the assigned dealership enterprises at all levels to assure sustainable market share growth for Insurance products and services. Meet or exceed sales targets, metrics, and goals. Support, promote, and facilitate the sales of Insurance products and services to a network of dealers and customers. Develop, maintain, and implement a territory-specific plan for the accomplishment of objectives (the business plan) using a management-defined sales process. Territory dealers are segmented by size. The Account Executive will have primary responsibility to grow insurance volume with assigned dealers. Work with dealers to develop sales plans and strategies to increase dealer Insurance sales, increasing overall dealer performance with our products. Responsible for maintaining acceptable inbound and outbound call volumes. Provide telephone and electronic training, coaching, and development to dealer salespeople and staff, recognizing training needs and opportunities to maximize sales effectiveness. Implement new product introductions and roll outs, product training, sales training. Participate in industry-sponsored, brand-sponsored, sales, and dealer-sponsored meetings, seminars, trade shows, and other events as necessary (some travel may be required). Actively communicate the value proposition of Insurance Products to dealers, customers, and Internal counterparts. Gather and maintain competitive data for comparative and strategic purposes. Identify and communicate areas of potential growth and develop action plans to capture opportunity and grow Insurance sales Perform other specific projects and implement initiatives as directed by management. Maintain licensing and certification as required by the company, or national or local regulations.
