Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Sr. Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Springfield, MO. You will lead multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events, recruit and coach volunteers, and build strategic community and corporate partnerships to drive revenue and awareness.

You will travel up to 60% and work evenings/weekends as needed, reporting to the Sr. Director. The role includes managing budgets, timelines, and program growth within a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Confident, goal-oriented, independent worker able to collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable community and corporate relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage and coach volunteers for multiple events.
• Lead volunteer committees and coach teams to implement proven fundraising practices.
• Travel up to 60% within territory; flexible for evenings and weekends.
