Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technical business administration, asset management, or related technical field.
• At least 15 years of experience in critical facilities, technical infrastructure, maintenance, or asset management.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, or complex technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, building systems, and production‑critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading technical teams, developing capability, and managing supplier performance.
• Proven experience with maintenance strategy, reliability improvement, lifecycle planning, business continuity, and operational risk management.
• Strong understanding of safety requirements, regulations, engineering standards, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reliability and resilience of critical facilities, utilities, and technical infrastructure.
• Develop maintenance and asset lifecycle strategies that support uptime and cost effectiveness.
• Guide technical teams in solving recurring infrastructure challenges and improving engineering standards.
• Align technical service priorities with manufacturing, safety, security, project, and business needs.
• Lead risk mitigation and business continuity planning for critical building assets and systems.
• Support long‑term capacity planning for utilities, infrastructure, and production support areas.
• Drive supplier performance, contract governance, and continuous improvement with service partners.
