Job summary

ASML is seeking an experienced WF Optics Fabrication PE Manager in Wilton, CT to lead a technical team supporting fabrication processes ensuring output and quality targets are met. You will align with Design & Engineering and WF Technology to define robust processes and guide a cross‑functional team toward ASML's strategic goals.

You will manage a group of engineers, drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and report to senior management on project status and risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in high-tech, production environments
• 3+ years people management or team lead experience
• Hands-on/practical experience with multiple fabrication disciplines and glass/ceramic materials
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership and delivering on deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to secure output and quality requirements
• Organize team and projects to realize ASML's strategic vision
• Coach team to align with cross‑sector stakeholders and ensure timely release of production processes
• Provide technical oversight and deliver reliable processes compliant with quality and schedule
• Report project status to Senior Management and escalate needs
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members with clear growth paths
• Foster a culture of innovative problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Review budgetary requirements for capital equipment and headcount
• Communicate with expert technical detail and concise business proposals
• Define and track performance metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost
