Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Valuation Oversight, to provide strategic oversight of third‑party fund administration and pricing services. You will lead complex valuation reviews, support fair value determinations, and influence decisions through rigorous analytics and risk assessment.

Success requires navigating regulatory environments, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years in financial services, asset management, or valuation oversight.
Strong knowledge of valuation frameworks and regulatory standards.
Experience valuing multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives.
Able to oversee critical processes, assess risk, and drive decisions in a regulated environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to governance bodies.
Advanced Excel and MS Office; ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
