Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years in financial services, asset management or valuation oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 820, Rule 2a-5, GAAP, and investment company act.
• Experience valuing equities, fixed income, private investments, derivatives.
• Oversee operational processes, assess risk, and make decisions in a regulated env.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives; drive process improvements.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
