The Senior Manager will partner with global, commercial, internal communications, digital, medical, legal and regulatory teams to drive objectives and maintain messaging consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years in a pharma product communications role.
• Experience developing, implementing and measuring communications strategies and tactics supporting commercial objectives.
• Experience with media relations and issues management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated US enterprise communications strategies, campaigns and activations aligned with priorities.
• Partner across a matrixed organization (global, commercial, internal communications, digital, medical, legal and regulatory).
• Lead the development and execution of campaigns across earned, owned, paid and social channels.
• Own paid media communications strategies and ensure brand-aligned messaging.
• Manage external expert engagement and speaker programs in partnership with teams.
• Lead communications for congresses, scientific milestones and external events.
• Plan and deliver corporate events, sponsorships and community engagements.
• Provide communications counsel for cross-functional teams and enterprise projects.
• Anticipate issues and coordinate compliant responses with stakeholders.
• Oversee agencies and budgets to deliver high-quality plans and materials.
