Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, based in Durham, NC, seeks a Senior Manager of US Enterprise Communications to plan, develop and deliver integrated internal and external communications that advance business objectives and strengthen narratives.

You will partner with global, commercial, internal communications, digital, medical, legal and regulatory teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years in a pharma product communications role.
• Experience developing, implementing and measuring communications strategies and tactics supporting commercial objectives.
• Experience with media relations and issues management.
• Postgraduate degree in communications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated US enterprise communications strategies, campaigns and activations aligned with priorities and product lifecycles.
• Partner across a matrixed organization—global, commercial, internal communications, digital, medical, legal and regulatory teams—to drive objectives and ensure messaging consistency.
• Lead development and execution of product and corporate campaigns across earned, owned, paid and social channels, including influencer initiatives where appropriate.
• Own paid media communications strategies, aligning plans with brand strategy and ensuring review pull-through.
• Manage external expert and healthcare professional engagement, including recruiting and training a strong speaker bench.
• Lead communications for congresses, data milestones and external events with compelling narratives.
