Job summary

POLITICO LLC in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead the US Customer Engagement Specialist team and scale proactive and reactive engagement across the US Professional Subscriptions business.

You will drive adoption, improve onboarding, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to strengthen account health and wallet retention. Competitive base salary plus a lucrative commission plan.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Customer Success, customer engagement, or related function.
Experience managing and developing customer-facing professionals.
Ability to build scalable processes to improve engagement and retention.
Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop US Customer Engagement Specialists to drive adoption and retention.
Build and execute the US CES strategy in partnership with leadership.
Set team goals, processes, and performance expectations.
Coach team members through regular feedback and career development.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Data, and other internal partners to identify opportunities.
