Qualifications

• 15+ years of mining/project experience.
• 5+ years in senior underground development/start-up roles.
• Strong underground mining, project management and project controls experience.
• Experience across start-up and operating environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Haile Underground project.
• Oversee portal and decline development, mine design, infrastructure and project execution.
• Drive safety, schedule, cost, quality and risk performance.
