Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Boston seeks a Senior Manager to lead Transaction Analytics in M&A, due diligence and data-driven insights. You will manage teams, deliver complex financial analyses, and develop client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include structuring analyses, presenting findings to partners, and managing budgets. Travel up to 50% is required; hybrid/onsite arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 8 years of experience; Master’s +7 years accepted.
• 4 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• 4 years’ experience analysing financial statements and drivers of performance.
• 4 years’ experience with accounting or data analytics in an M&A environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to provide Transaction Analytics and due diligence in M&A and related events.
• Develop strategic counsel for corporate and private equity clients.
• Present findings clearly to professionals at all levels and manage budgets.
