EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Director in Deal Management to lead and execute operational projects across sectors. You will direct client service teams, shape strategies for transactions, and drive value creation and risk mitigation through thorough analysis and practical implementation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8 years of related experience (MBA preferred), and substantial M&A

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
MBA is preferred.
Significant M&A management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute operational projects across sectors.
