Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~7 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant M&A management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs; strong quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
