Job summary

EY Parthenon in Chicago seeks a Deals - Transaction Analytics Manager to deliver data analytics-driven solutions for buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You will analyze large datasets, present findings to clients, and drive business development.

This role requires leading diverse teams and up to 50% travel, with a hybrid work model. Base compensation is $150,228 per year with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental, pension/401(k), and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience
• 3 years experience leveraging accounting skills, including 1 year in a mergers and acquisitions environment
• 3 years experience analysing data for financial due diligence and/or audit
• 3 years experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and reporting
• 3 years experience with data visualization, data management, analytics platforms, or programming languages
