Job summary

EY Parthenon’s Deals/Transaction Analytics practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead analytics-driven due diligence for M&A, divestitures, and carve-outs. You’ll manage teams, develop client relationships, and deliver actionable insights to executives and deal teams.

You’ll oversee large datasets, present findings clearly, and guide engagement budgets while maintaining risk controls and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 8 years of experience.
• Alternative: Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 7 years of related work experience.
• 4 years of experience working with mergers and acquisitions.
• 4 years of experience analysing financial statements and key drivers of financial performance.
• 4 years of experience leveraging accounting, or data analytics skills, of which 3 years must be in a mergers and acquisition-oriented environment.
• 4 years of combined experience analysing data for financial due diligence and/or audit.
• 4 years of experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other software to perform data analysis intelligence and reporting functions.
• 7 years of experience with data visualization/data management/analytics platforms/programming languages.
• 3 years of experience leading a team of professionals, managing engagements, engagement related budgets.
• Requires domestic travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive feedback/coaching.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
• Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services.
• Generate and manage new business opportunities.
• Lead the team to present findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
• Oversee analytics-driven due diligence and data-driven decision support for M&A transactions.
