Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager in Dallas to lead transaction advisory services, performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence for a range of industries. You will analyze financial statements, identify earnings trends, and coordinate with clients and teams to meet project deadlines.

The role requires a CPA or related certifications, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to travel as needed. You will mentor staff and contribute to a culture of excellence within TAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
• 8+ years of transaction advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proven project management in a multi-project environment.
• Hands-on, decisive approach to deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for PE and strategic buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify sustainable earnings across industries.
• Coordinate with team and management on project deliverables and deadlines.
• Write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
• Coach and mentor staff.
