Job summary

Turo Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Senior Manager, Training to define and own the strategic vision for Support Training, shaping multi‑year enablement programs that scale with product launches and growth.

You will lead a cross‑functional team of Training Specialists, partner with QA, Product, and Engineering, and translate learning analytics into actionable insights for senior leadership; a hybrid in‑office schedule supports collaboration.

Qualifications

7+ years in adult learning, instructional design, or related field.
4+ years leading training teams in high-volume support or SaaS.
Expertise in ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s model.
Strong ability to measure ROI with support metrics (FCR, AHT, CSAT, QA).
Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year strategic vision for support enablement.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with QA, Product, and Engineering.
Build a closed-loop feedback system to target knowledge gaps with learning solutions.
Oversee onboarding and scale learning across Tier1–Tier3 and specialized teams.
Create Train-the-Trainer programs to empower internal and vendor trainers.
Own training metrics and translate analytics into leadership insights.
