Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Training Promotion Specialist to design, implement, and optimize training programs for a technically advanced manufacturing workforce. You will lead development and facilitation of curricula and coordinate training operations to ensure readiness across the Phoenix site.

Ideal candidates will have strong LMS experience, data analytics skills, and the ability to work with cross-regional teams to standardize programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in same fields plus 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training operations: scheduling, venue, resources, and rollout.
• Administer LMS (SAP or equivalent), including data integration and system enhancements.
• Analyze training data, build dashboards, and report performance metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize cross-regional programs and manage instructor qualification.
