You will serve as a brand ambassador, meet completion goals, manage logistics, and use metrics to continuously improve training. You’ll work with a data driven team to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in training or adult learning programs.
• 1 year of experience leading teams to reach targets.
• Excellence in achieving goals within a remote environment work-setting.
• Nurture an inclusive learning environment with coaching and facilitation skills.
• Customer- and employee-focused mindset with call center understanding.
• Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or Tandberg.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador for new hires by creating a welcoming, engaging training experience.
• Meet training completion goals and manage logistics for each class.
• Learn goals and requirements for each training goal and class.
• Use training success metrics to improve the learning experience.
• Become a go-to resource for training tools and keep data accurate and timely.
• Coordinate and consolidate data to deliver training per client requirements.
