  • Experience reading and understanding instructions (safety rules, bulletins, and federal regulatory docs).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop professionals to improve and achieve objectives.
  • Respond to emergencies or service interruptions.
  • Drive company vehicle and transport crews.
  • Direct the transportation plan for the territory to meet objectives and coordinate with dispatch, sales, and terminals/yards.
  • Conduct safety audits for train service employees and RC operators.
  • Operate territory within the annual transportation budget.
  • Review metrics daily and plan remediation actions.
