Legends Global seeks a Vice President of Marketing - Stadiums to lead revenue-focused marketing for stadium venues. You will shape strategy for ticket sales, premium seating, hospitality and merchandise, guiding venue teams to execute at scale.

You will report to the SVP, Venue Marketing and mentor Directors of Marketing while aligning with Legends Global standards. This remote role requires travel up to 15%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience.
• Previous experience in a marketing role at a stadium venue is required.
• Experience marketing or supporting large-scale, high-profile events is strongly preferred.

• Elevate portfolio marketing performance through best-practice sharing and mentorship, with revenue growth as the measure of success.
• Provide KPIs, benchmarks, and quarterly reviews to translate metrics into revenue-focused growth priorities.
• Tailor strategic marketing support by venue type, market, and event to maximize local revenue.
• Connect venue teams to Home Office specialists to build campaigns across non-ticketed lines of business.
• Provide budget planning templates, benchmark spend guidance, and vendor contract auditing support.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging marketing technologies and AI tools to unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Build playbooks for repeatable, revenue-focused frameworks to scale across the network.
• Own national promoter marketing relationships and protect revenue and relationships.
