Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Senior Manager, Product Development role focused on training for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing. You will lead the creation and continuous improvement of technical training programs, translating complex systems into practical adult-learning experiences, and driving cross-functional collaboration with SMEs, instructors, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 1--3 years experience in or with critical infrastructure, data centers, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Experience designing curricula for adult learners in workforce development or corporate learning environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and quality assurance of curricula, assessments, and learner materials for critical infrastructure and manufacturing pathways.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for adult learners.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended, and simulation-based learning activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and delivery teams to implement improvements.
• Use media to create dynamic curriculum content that strengthens learner engagement and application.
• Document and manage scope, risks, and status of learning materials.
