Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in training within manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to program management, vendor coordination, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of training and development experience in manufacturing.
• Experience designing and coordinating training programs and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with company goals and manufacturing operations.
• Deliver and coordinate trainings for technical skills, compliance, and leadership development.
• Manage documentation for employee certifications and training records.
• Identify training needs with managers and assess program effectiveness.
