Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Sourcing Org to lead a division within the Technical Sourcing Organization. You will drive supplier selection, part validation, and cost/risk reduction across design, NPI, and related programs, interfacing with customers and executive stakeholders.

The role emphasizes quick adaptation to changing project requirements, leadership development, and ensuring suppliers and components are validated and ready for production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (engineering or supply chain) with 12+ years of experience.
• 4-6 years of direct management with direct reports.
• Master's in SCM is preferred.
• Advanced PC skills and data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, BOM pricing and cost-change management.
• Oversee DFM feedback and supplier selection for commodity management.
• Direct supplier negotiations and risk mitigation activities.
• Guide reports to ensure parts are qualified and ready for procurement.
• Drive Early Supplier Involvement and process improvements.
