Jabil is seeking a senior leader to head Materials and Purchasing, aligning supply with demand, optimizing costs, and driving strategic sourcing. You will recruit and develop Purchasing Supervisors and Planner/Buyers, lead supplier negotiations, and ensure efficient materials planning across the campus.

The role demands strong MRP/ERP knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of cost reduction in a manufacturing setting. On-site work and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum five years in Materials Management, Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, ERP, and Master Production Scheduling concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Materials and Purchasing function to align supply with demand and optimize costs.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Purchasing Supervisors and Planner/Buyers; coach staff and manage performance.
• Drive supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning and inventory levels.
• Monitor metrics, enable continuous improvement, and ensure safety and compliance.
