Job summary

Jabil, a global leader in engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions, seeks a Sr Technical Sourcing Manager to orchestrate supplier selection, part validation, and DFM collaboration across Design, NPI and Risk/Cost Reduction programs. You will work with executives, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to optimize BOMs, drive cost reductions, and ensure qualified components for production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design or Supply Chain.
• 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for BOM pricing through design and mass production milestones.
• Manage supplier DFM feedback and guidance for product/process optimization.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and risk mitigation across projects.
• Manage supply chain strategy and qualification for NPI components.
• Drive cost reduction and supply chain improvements per program goals.
