HASI is seeking a Senior Manager - Technical Accounting to join our accounting team in Annapolis, MD or New York, NY. This role will evaluate the appropriate accounting treatment for investments and oversee complex transactions, with a focus on equity investments, debt securities, and securitizations, reporting to AVP - Technical Accounting.

Qualifikationen

• CPA certification and 8+ years of accounting experience.
• Public company SOX experience and ASC knowledge.
• Experience drafting memos and technical accounting research.

Aufgaben

• Assess impact of transaction terms on accounting treatment.
• Draft accounting memos documenting conclusions for investments.
• Collaborate with JV partners on equity income allocations using HLVB method.
• Research accounting issues for GAAP compliance.
• Support SOX internal controls compliance.
