Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to own complex accounting matters, from transaction analysis to audit-ready documentation, reporting to the VP of Technical Accounting. The role focuses on data center infrastructure, energy assets, and AI-related computing, with hybrid NYC work arrangements.

The candidate will lead memo drafting, policy development, and policy-derived controls, coordinating with external auditors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive public accounting or technical accounting experience.
• Experience drafting or reviewing technical memos and position papers across complex matters.
• SEC registrant experience required; infrastructure, energy, data center, or digital asset exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own complex and non-routine accounting analysis from term sheet to conclusions.
• Consolidation, VIE analysis, and related-party implications assessments.
• Draft audit-ready technical accounting memos and develop policy documentation.
