Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting in New York, NY. You will own non-routine transaction analysis, maintain accounting policies, and lead disclosures for complex structuring and equity, debt, derivatives, and leases. The role partners with external auditors and internal teams.

Requires 7–10 years of public or technical accounting and SEC experience, with a focus on ASC guidance and policy development. Hybrid in-office schedule in NYC is expected.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive public accounting or technical accounting experience.
• Experience drafting or reviewing technical accounting memos and position papers.
• SEC registrant experience required; infrastructure or data center exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own complex and non-routine transaction analysis from term sheet to conclusion.
• Lead HPC and data center capitalization and cost accounting positions.
• Draft audit-ready technical accounting memos and maintain policies.
• Own contract review standards and support external auditors.
