Crux seeks a senior lead to structure tax equity and preferred equity for clean energy infra transactions. You will manage underwriting, modeling, and execution from intake to closing, collaborating across finance and origination teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in renewable energy or infrastructure investing, deep tax equity modeling expertise, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset. This is a remote-first role with optional offices and team events.
