Crux is a capital platform accelerating clean energy and critical infrastructure funding. This role leads the debt book from origination to close, spanning advisory and tax equity structures, with a focus on driving revenue and P&L impact.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years in renewable energy project finance, deep expertise in solar/wind/storage debt, and strong negotiation with developers, lenders, and investors. Remote-first with optional offices in DC, NYC, and SF.

• 8-10+ years of experience including 7+ in renewable energy project finance or infrastructure debt.
• Deep expertise in project finance debt structures for solar, wind, and storage.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship skills with developers, lenders, and investors.

• Lead a book of debt mandates from IOI through close across debt origination, advisory, and tax equity structures.
• Own transaction velocity and close rates, contributing directly to revenue and P&L targets.
• Author credit memos and present transactions to Credit Committee with rigorous analysis.
