Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, psychology, education, business, or related field required.
• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR disciplines, with change management and organizational effectiveness.
• 2–4 years of supervisory, project leadership, or team leadership experience.
• Credentials such as Prosci Change Management, CPTD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership and employee development programs.
• Serve as internal consultant for organizational development initiatives (team effectiveness, assessments, capability analyses).
• Lead change management planning and execution with stakeholders; address readiness and adoption.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate with HR leaders to implement development solutions.
• Supervise Training Coordinator and oversee learning operations; support talent management initiatives.
