Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience.
• Certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead analyst on complex compensation projects and provide guidance to HR partners and leaders.
• Evaluate positions to determine job classification, salary grade, exemption status, and equity.
• Advise leaders on offers, promotions, reorganizations, retention, and compensation strategy.
