DocGo Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting strategies across the organization. This role involves overseeing a team, enhancing recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in EMS and healthcare recruitment, coupled with strong leadership skills.

Travel : The position will also require 20% domestic travel

Salary Range : $ 120 ,000 – $ 130,000 plus bonus

Position Summary:
Th e Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead a team of recruiters and oversee daily recruitment operations, with a focus on optimizing processes, developing sourcing strategies, and scaling talent acquisition initiatives aligned with DocGo’s mission and growth trajectory. This role will directly manage recruitment performance across markets, strengthen partnerships with hiring managers, and drive measurable improvements in hiring efficiency, brand visibility, and workforce quality. A strong background in EMS and healthcare recruitment is essential.
