We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Sr TAP) to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.

How will you make an impact in this role?
  • Lead the full lifecycle/360 hiring process for a designated portfolio (up to 20-30 openings).
  • Create and own the talent acquisition strategy for relevant Business Units.
  • Develop business acumen to enhance hiring and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing updates and strategic advice.
  • Track and share recruitment metrics.
  • Use market intelligence and industry trends to build candidate slates.
  • Identify sourcing channels and build candidate pipelines across levels and skills.
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Participate in job scoping and briefing meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to align recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to sourcing and hiring.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the US market.
  • Focus on delivering excellent candidate and hiring leader experiences.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment and multitasking.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in corporate recruiting, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Taleo, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle.
  • Experience in a compliance-driven environment.
  • Ability to evaluate talent across various segments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $135,000 annually + bonus + benefits. Employment eligibility in the US is required.
