Insight Global is hiring for a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Solutions to collaborate with IT and business leaders, turning needs into practical system solutions that improve visibility and drive growth.

Qualifications

Strong experience in supply chain technology, business systems, or related field.
Familiar with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kojo.
Solid understanding of procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution workflows.
Experience leading system implementations or cross-functional projects.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong communication and practical, straightforward approach.
Ability to navigate complex issues and maintain momentum.
Experience with WMS or TMS preferred.
Experience building or scaling technology capabilities is a plus.
Interest in tools that improve visibility, automation, reporting, and day-to-day execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other leaders.
Serve as the link between business and technical teams to meet operational needs.
Align priorities across groups to move projects forward with clear ownership.
Build trust through clear communication and staying close to work.
Review current supply chain processes to identify improvements in systems, data, or workflows.
Standardize how teams work across procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Simplify workflows to reduce handoffs and rework.
Use field input to improve how work gets done.
Define key reports and measures of supply chain performance.
Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration of supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, ERP-related tools).
Work with IT to ensure solutions fit company standards and integrate with existing systems.
Prepare for rollout by defining needs, testing solutions, and supporting adoption.
Improve how systems work together for better data and fewer manual workarounds.
Own the business side post go-live, gathering feedback and prioritizing updates.
Lead change efforts tied to new systems and processes.
Set clear expectations early and manage adoption.
Listen to feedback and adjust to improve adoption.
Help teams move through change with minimal disruption.
Ensure users are trained and ready before go-live.
