Southland Industries is seeking a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Solutions to partner with IT and business leaders, improving processes, rolling out technology, and standardizing workflows across procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

You will own system improvement post go-live and drive adoption while aligning priorities across groups. The role emphasizes change management, governance, and measurable improvements in visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply chain technology, business systems, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kojo, or similar ERP platforms.
• Solid understanding of procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution workflows.
• Experience leading system implementations or cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement, and Finance leaders.
• Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration of supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, ERP tools).
• Define business needs, test solutions, and support adoption during rollout.
• Standardize workflows across procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Own post-go-live improvements and gather feedback for IT updates.
• Lead change management efforts for new systems and processes.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across items, suppliers, and locations.
