EY seeks a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations across multiple workstreams, shaping strategy and governance. You will drive data readiness, stakeholder alignment, and value realization while growing the practice through business development and thought leadership.

You will manage senior client relationships, deliver compelling roadmaps, and coach diverse teams to ensure successful outcomes across manufacturing, logistics, and planning domains.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in supply chain management, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence, including leadership of complex client engagements.
• At least four years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions such as Aera, Palantir, or comparable platforms.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence capabilities with ERP and supply chain solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, or Kinaxis.
• Leadership experience on at least two full-lifecycle decision intelligence, advanced analytics, or supply chain technology implementations, including strategy, requirements, process design, build, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support; at least one implementation must have been completed within the last three years.
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams, multiple workstreams, executive governance, delivery risk, project financials, and third-party or alliance relationships.
• Proven business development experience, including opportunity shaping, proposal leadership, scope and pricing development, and executive presentations.

• Lead change, adoption, and post-go-live support to accelerate value realization.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, and value reports.
