Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations, shaping strategy and guiding multi-workstream delivery. You will partner with senior executives to translate business priorities into decision intelligence strategies and oversee end-to-end program delivery.

You will drive data readiness, architecture, and governance while contributing to business development and market offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, IT, CS, engineering, SCM, or equivalent.
8+ years of related work experience (or 7+ with graduate degree).
Experience leading complex client engagements in supply chain analytics or digital transformation.
Experience implementing decision intelligence platforms (e.g., Aera, Palantir, C3.ai).
Experience integrating with ERP and SCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
Advise senior executives and translate priorities into strategies.
Shape business and solution architecture with future-state processes.
Drive performance improvement and value realization.
Oversee data readiness, migration, and governance for scalable solutions.
Manage engagement economics, staffing, budgets, and risk controls.
